Brigade Group announces the development of high-end ‘Grade A’ office space in Bengaluru’s Central Business District on Sankey Road. The project, with an estimated gross development value of approximately Rs 500 crore, reflects the company’s strategic vision.

Brigade Enterprises experienced an early morning surge on December 7 following the company’s signing of a joint development agreement for the creation of premium Grade A office space in Bengaluru’s central business district.

According to the company’s release, Brigade Group has entered into a joint development agreement (JDA) to develop a high-end Grade A office space on Sankey Road in Bengaluru’s Central Business District. The project boasts a developable area of approximately 0.20 million square feet, with a Gross Development Value estimated at around Rs 500 crore.

The move is in line with Brigade’s dedication to expanding its commercial portfolio. Nirupa Shankar, Joint Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises, expressed enthusiasm about the development, stating, “This is a marquee property, and we are happy to be developing it. Further, we are confident that this project will perfectly align with the growing need for an ideal solution for professionals seeking top-tier work facilities.”

As of 9:26 am, Brigade Enterprises was trading at Rs 851.60 on the BSE, marking an increase of Rs 4.30, or 0.51 percent, from the previous close.
